Shipping & Delivery

- All orders are processed within 5-7 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. - To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies (Eg: Bluedart, Delhivery, FedEx, DotZot, Ecom Express, Xpressbees) - Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. - We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 5-7 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7 working days, depending on the pin-code serviceability area and the mode of payment chosen by the customer. - Due to the volume of economy deliveries, please allow a full 7 working days before contacting our customer service center. All delivery times are approximate and can be delayed due to circumstances outside of our control. - Orders placed after 4pm, will be processed the following day, adding 1 working day to the delivery service. For orders placed on a non working day (Saturday or Sunday) please add 1 working day to your delivery date. - Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders. - While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, item availability and seller shipping policy. - Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.

Return Policy

- We offer return/replacement of Products ordered on SL Fashion Studio within 7 days of delivery of the order. - All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. - Customer has to contact SL Fashion Studio for a Returns Authorization Number. This will help us to track return and ensure you receive your exchange or refund promptly. - All goods will be inspected before an exchange or refund is applied. - If the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before or after accepting delivery of the goods, customer has to call our Customer Care XXX-XXX-XXXX or drop in an email at, mentioning the order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made at the earliest. - If you have paid for the order using bank account/credit card/debit card, then the refunded amount gets credited to your bank/credit card account within 7-10 working days (Depending on the payment method used for the order ) from the date, after the products clear the quality check process. - If you have paid for the order using Gift Card, then the amount gets refunded to your Gift Card account balance within 5-10 business days from date of product clearing quality check.
